By accessing or using the Greenlight platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Greenlight is an AI-powered CRM and quoting tool for creative freelancers. The Service connects to your Gmail account (with your authorisation), classifies work requests, extracts project requirements, and generates branded PDF quotes. Features are subject to change and may vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or prolonged inactivity, with notice where reasonably practicable.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

Greenlight offers Free, Pro, and Team subscription plans. Feature availability and usage limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

4.2 Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@greenlightpro.app for billing inquiries.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service

6. Gmail Integration

To use email-related features, you must authorise Greenlight to access your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. We access Gmail data solely to provide the Service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Greenlight and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (such as generated quotes). You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate quotes and classify emails. AI-generated content is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before sending it to clients. Greenlight makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenlight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes by email or prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Greenlight is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
